Brealu Group at the California Design Expo

The California Design Expo 2022 saw Brealu Group reaffirming its commitment to the North American market with a showcase of Advanced Aluminum Engineering. Our booth, featuring the new California Coastal palette, drew significant attention from US-based landscape architects and residential developers.

The highlight of our exhibition was the hands-on demonstration of our 6063-T5 Structural Integrity standard that defines the balance between architectural flexibility and high-tensile strength.

Innovation: 6063-T5 vs. T6

A common question at the Expo was our choice of temper. While T6 offers maximum hardness, 6063-T5 provides superior extrusion precision and finish quality, essential for the intricate "Lego-Logic" interlocking mechanisms of our louver systems. At the Expo, we demonstrated how our T5-tempered extrusions maintain absolute dimensional stability even under California's intense heat cycles.

The 2022 Color Palette

Responding to the shift toward natural, earthy tones in modern California architecture, we unveiled our 2022 "Earth & Sky" collection. These high-durability powders are formulated to resist the harsh Pacific salt spray while offering the matte, organic textures that current high-end residential projects demand.
